tuds & Broods...
providing access to some of the finest bloodlines
Looking for excellent bloodlines and need to have your bitch covered for an upcoming litter? By investing in one of Sirius Star's current standing studs, you'll get just that! On the other hand, if you have a stud and are in need of a bitch, some of ours may be available to help too. In either case, we are more than happy to work with you to achieve your next litter! We strive to ensure proper breeding practices are followed and look forward to producing quality stock to help expand the gene pool.
How this service works
This service is available to members of SUKC and SFCI who own/show/specialize in Siberian Huskies and have the intention of breeding to the written breed standard. We do not endorse or allow cross-breeding of any kind with our dogs. After I have received your inquiry via the form provided on this page, I will respond to you by sending a private message to you on discord. In this process, we can discuss whether you would like your bitch covered by one of our studs or your stud cover one of our bitches.
If your bitch is covered by any one of our studs, you are free to create the litter and that litter need not carry our prefix. If your intention is to have one of our bitches covered by your stud, then we will create the litter and all resulting puppies wil carry our prefix. Combination of prefixes must be discussed before the litter(s) are created. In all instances, the puppies must showcase realistic coat colors and conformation. All coat colors must be realistic outcomes based on the parents and their colors.
The health of your bitch can be provided, this is merely for a roleplaying aspect; please do not allow dysplastic or otherwise genetically unfit bitches and dogs to breed.
Covering Process
If you are applying to have your bitch covered by one of our studs, they must meet the following requirements:
-
Must be a champion of record, either with SUKC or SFCI (you must provide show record for proof)
-
Must be registered with the SUKC Siberian Husky Breed Club
-
Should, ideally, have some sort of back-end/working titles
-
Must be at least two years of age and in sound condition to be covered and whelp a litter
-
Supplied health results (preferred if possible, but not mandatory)

If our bitch is covered by your stud, we will create the litter and the resulting puppies will carry our prefix. As the stud owner, you will get second pick of a puppy after the breeder. The remaining puppies may be available to the public via private inquiry and slots will be limited and based on interest and reservations to lessen unwanted dogs.

General Rules for Litters
-
One copy of each puppy will be sent to the new owner and a second copy will be kept as backup by me. If the animal is to ever be reclaimed, I will contact you once to let you know, therefore you must delete your personal profiles of the reclaimed animal
-
All puppies will receive a temporary name based on their litter theme, this may be kept or changed. Show names are determined by the breeder and our prefix/suffix may not be removed or altered
-
Dogs will have premade coats and conformations, if these are drastically changed, I will contact you once asking you to change it back. If you do not revert these changes, I will reclaim the animal(s). Minor alterations, such as changing the opacity of shine texture or removing it completely, are accepted. If you are missing sliders and/or markings, please contact me as soon as possible
 -
If the conformation or coat is ever uploaded for public download or used to create more dogs, I will reclaim any violating owner's animal(s) and cease communications immediately
-
Any dog from us must be at least two years of age and be a champion of record, or above, before breeding may take place. We strive to ensure that any dog with Sirius Star dogsin their pedigree will be of the highest quality, therefore I hope you consider the same for those you breed our dogs to
 -
If things aren't working out for any reason, you must contact us. It is our rules that all dogs we breed or import must be returned for re-sale. Should a potential home change their mind about the puppy at any time, then the puppy will be offered for sale to the public. I will attempt to contact you with the information you provided in your initial application; if I haven't recieved a response from you within seven days after the start of release, you will have then forfeited the puppy
-
It is highly encouraged that you create a profile of the animal(s) on your personal website, google sheets to keep track of their show records. Posting pictures/story updates in your kennel's album is lovely but not technically required. Puppies may not be shown until 6 months of age. You may use your own set aging system. The system we use for example is 4 real life months = 1 calendar year
-
If any puppies we've bred or dogs we've imported are inactive in the community and not showing or if we've seen less than one update every six months, we will reclaim them. Please let us know about any hiatuses, planned or otherwise, via Discord. If you've made a post about activity or being gone in either the SUKC or SFCI servers, this will suffice as notice of hiatus too so long as you tag me.
